Arkansas uses record sealing for eligible records under the Comprehensive Criminal Record Sealing Act of 2013, Ark. Code Ann. 16-90-1401 et seq.; older public copies may not reflect later sealing or correction. Verify disposition and current public availability with the court, sheriff, or Arkansas State Police repository channel that holds the original record.
Treat every record you find as a starting point, not a verdict. Only the originating agency can confirm what a record currently says and whether it is still releasable.

Nothing on this site is an official record. If a fact depends on a court date, warrant status, custody status, repository result, or registry listing, verify it with the office that maintains the record: the Craighead County Sheriff's Office, Circuit Clerk, District Court, Jonesboro Police Department, Arkansas State Police, ACIC, Arkansas Department of Corrections, or the Arkansas Sex Offender Registry / Arkansas Sex Offender Notification System. Official and certified copies must come from the issuing office.
